At Trackify Co. (trackifyco.com), we pride ourselves on engineering custom, high-fidelity digital audio assets tailored to your precise personal and commercial briefs. Because our production pipeline relies on instant digital resource allocations, processing pipelines, and generative data deployment, our refund architecture is structured as follows in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) set forth under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
By placing an order and completing your payment processing via our platform, you explicitly acknowledge that digital credits, processing bandwidth, and custom technical synthesis steps are consumed immediately upon the submission of your order.
Sales Are Final: Once our studio initiates the generative synthesis pipeline for your unique music request, the service is considered actively under development. Therefore, all sales are final, and transactions cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded past this operational trigger point.
Trackify Co. delivers bespoke audio structures driven by complex mathematical data variations and custom text prompt engineering parameters.
No Aesthetic Taste Refunds: In accordance with standard major digital marketplace rules, refunds or contract liquidations will not be issued based on personal aesthetic disagreement regarding the artificial intelligence's unique vocal texture, performance timbre, metric pacing, structural phrasing, specific lyrical interpretation, or exact musical arrangement outputs.
No Track Duration Guarantees: Because custom audio arrangements require complex timing metrics, delivered items are billed by package tier and scope, not finite millisecond counts. Variations in total track length do not constitute a service defect and are not grounds for financial reimbursement.
Our refund regulations function alongside the consumer guarantees provided by local regulatory frameworks. You are entitled to a replacement or a structural remedy if our system suffers a Major Failure. A Major Failure is strictly defined as:
The delivered digital audio file is completely corrupted, unplayable, or technically broken across major modern web browsers and audio streaming systems.
The delivered track entirely omits or directly violates explicit operational instructions written clearly inside your initial order validation receipt (e.g., delivering a pure instrumental track when a vocal song package was explicitly purchased).
In the event of a verifiable Major Failure, Trackify Co. will immediately prioritize a fresh processing cycle to replace or repair the technical asset within three (3) business days. If a technical repair is mathematically or operationally impossible, a partial or full financial refund will be issued back to your original payment method via Stripe.
To ensure you receive a track that hits the mark, modifications and alterations are strictly managed according to the exact parameters of your purchased product tier:
The Solo Track ($49 AUD Tier): This entry-level tier is optimized for automated, final delivery. It includes one (1) high-quality digital track engineered around your custom text parameters and detailed milestone instructions. Once the final audio files and text transcripts are delivered cleanly to your cloud link, the service is considered fully executed. The Solo Track does not include free iterative prompt engineering adjustments, manual studio variations, or post-delivery workshop revisions.
The Duo ($89 AUD Tier): Our premium, multi-genre experience features structural delivery validation. Under this tier, you receive two (2) completely distinct audio variations spanning two separate genres based on your initial intake form. Because this tier inherently maximizes option variety by delivering a double-scope production run, the delivery of these two independent variations constitutes a completed order. No manual post-delivery alterations or sequential prompt revisions are included once the cloud link is issued.
Out-of-Scope & Post-Fulfillment Workshops: Any modifications requested outside the default automated deliverables of your tier (such as changing historical details, rewriting stories, or altering genres after the tracks have been processed) are out-of-scope. These requests will either be politely declined or billed separately at our flat-rate studio engineering fee of $45 AUD.
Trackify Co. delivers premium audio files via secure, encrypted cloud hosting links.
Data purges: While we maintain delivery links to accommodate download schedules, it remains your absolute responsibility to securely save and back up your final master audio tracks immediately upon receipt. Trackify Co. does not provide permanent or infinite cloud backup data guarantees and will permanently purge historical production archives twelve (12) months following order delivery.
If you believe your digital track has suffered a technical malfunction or major failure, please lodge an official support ticket with our studio pipeline at: info@trackifyco.com. All claims must contain your exact Stripe checkout transaction ID and a brief description of the technical issue.
